In Bargari sacrilege cases, the Punjab Government today moved two fresh applications in the CBI court at Mohali.

The state government moved an application for sending files pertaining to three FIRs to the court of District and Sessions Judge, Faridkot, in which the trial in this regard is on.

In another application, the state government requested the court to pass suitable directions to the CBI to provide case diaries recorded by them as well as other documents obtained by the investigating agency during investigation of three regular cases. The next hearing has been scheduled for November 20. — TNS
