Protesting against mass transfers, the Punjab Veterinary Inspectors Association on Sunday announced to boycott all government programmes, including Livestock Census. Early this month, the government had transferred over 400 inspectors (pharmacists), following which the association had alleged that it would badly hit the rural livestock services. — TNS
