The Punjab and Haryana High Court today convened a Full Court Reference to condole the demise of noted jurist and legal luminary Justice BK Roy, former Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, who passed away recently. All the judges of the High Court took part in the full court reference.

While sharing the grief with the family of late Chief Justice BK Roy, Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court Justice Krishna Murari said Roy was a symbol of simplicity, dedication and commitment and was also known for his high professional calibre. He described the demise of Roy as a huge loss to the legal fraternity as he was a great source of inspiration for young professionals of the legal field. — TNS
