Amritsar/Chandigarh, Nov 27

Shabnam Dhillon (57), wife of Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB) head Gurinder Singh Dhillon, passed away at a hospital in England yesterday. Her cremation will take place at the RSSB headquarters in Beas tomorrow. She underwent abdominal surgery on November 20 and later developed complications. She is survived by two sons Gurpreet Singh Dhillon and Gurkeerat Singh Dhillon.

Bikram Singh Majithia’s wife Ganeive Grewal is a relative of the dera head.

CM Capt Amarinder Singh and minister Charanjit Singh Channi expressed grief over her demise. SADchief Sukhbir Badal also offered condolences.
