The Punjab Rice Millers Association today decided to oppose the new custom milling policy being introduced by the Food and Civil Supply Department. Addressing the media, Tarsem Saini, state president of the association, said the department had not returned their securities of Rs 5 lakh of each rice mill, in spite of the fact that rice after custom milling had been delivered to the FCI. — TNS
